It’s that exciting time of year. Home buying and selling is in the air. Unfortunately, scammers are taking advantage of this preying on buyers by interfering with the agent or escrow officer’s email and sending false wiring instructions. Don’t fall prey to these con-artist predators. Stay alert and always, always double check escrow instructions by calling your escrow office before wiring any money.
